An exciting game nets our Novice team the gold at the annual Scarboro Sharks Tournament-The Belleville Bulk Barn-Gerow Chiropractic Novice Bearcats defeated Leaside 2-1 in a shootout to claim gold at the Scarborough Sharks Tournament on Sunday.
Carley scored the winner in the ninth round of the shootout and Chelsea was named Player of the Game in goal. In round robin action the Bearcats defeated Whitby Wolves Leckie 3-0, loss 4-2 to Leaside and defeated Whitby Wolves Winters 7-2.( Emily had a hat trick) In the semi-finals the Bearcats won in overtime against
Etobicoke to advance to the finals.
