Bearcat Banner goes to the Olympics

Joan Guthrie, assistant coach of the Guthrie Engineering Intermediate House League Team will be taking a "Belleville Bearcats We believe in Women's Hockey" banner to the Olympic Games.

Joan Guthrie, assistant coach of the Guthrie Engineering Intermediate House League Team will be taking a "Belleville Bearcats We believe in Women's Hockey" banner to the Olympic Games.

Joan had the banner made and all of the House League Bearcats signed it in support of Canada's Women's Olympic team.

Joan will be flying out to Vancouver to attend one of the Canadian Women's Olympic hockey games and will be holding the banner in the stands.
She hopes to pass it along to team staff so that it can be posted in the athlete's Olympic village.
