Notice of BDGMHA Annual General Meeting

The date for our association's AGM has been set for Thursday May 13, 2010. Meeting will take place upstairs at the Quinte Sports Centre. All members are strongly encouraged to attend.

The date for our association's AGM has been set for Thursday May 13, 2010.  Meeting will take place upstairs at the Quinte Sports Centre at 6:30PM. All members are strongly encouraged to attend.

Presentation of yearly awards, financial statements, votes on constitutional changes, and election of new executive members will all occur at the meeting.

Membership input is vital for our association to continue in it's growth and development of girls hockey.

We will be accepting nominations for 6 vacant executive positions.

We are also looking for nominations for our Yearly Awards.

The current executive has review our constitution and will be presenting proposed changes for voting at the AGM.  All proposed changes must be posted for the membership 30 days prior to the BDGMHA Annual General Meeting.
Members are also able to propose changes and can do so using the Constitutional Change Form.
Check our website for the posting of these proposed changes in the upcoming weeks.

Agenda and minutes from last year's AGM will also be posted in the upcoming weeks.
