BDGMHA Registration Policies
Players will not be considered "registered" until full payment is received and any balance from previous seasons is settled.
Players must be registered in their birth year divisions. No player will be allowed to register above their division unless a written request has been submitted for that player to be evaluated and the approval of the BDGMHA Executive has been granted.
Players who are coming from another center must have a valid OWHA Permission to Skate form and submit it with their registration payment, prior to attending any team tryout. If selected, a valid OWHA Release Form must be submitted to the registrar, prior to the player participating in any team ice time.
Players attending Rep Tryouts MUST be registered online (and payment received) with the BDGMHA prior to tryout registration. (Tryout Dates TBA shortly) No exceptions.
Rep players must submit their first two rep installments ($300.00/ea) directly to the registrar. The first installment is due Sept 30, 2010 and the second Oct 31, 2010. A third and final installment will be due Dec 1, 2010 which will be determined by the team budget. Post dated cheques can be sent in with your registration for these installments. Failure to submit these payments by the due dates will result in a $25.00 late fee billed to the team, and the player being suspended until payment is received.
Payment Information
Payment may be made by cash, cheque or money order (made payable to BDGMHA)
Payment is due at the time of registration.
Payment of your registration ($325) may be made in two installments. The first installment for $175.00, is due at the time of registration. The balance of $150.00 MUST be a post dated cheque, written for either Aug 15, 2010 (Rep) or Sept 13, 2010 (House League). Both payments must be included with a copy of your invoice and received within 14 days or your registration will be deleted.

Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to a $50.00 association administrative fee.
A written request for refund is to be sent to BDGMHA, PO Box 23121, Belleville ON, K8P 5J3. It must include the player's name, date of birth, reason for withdrawal from the association, and the name and address where the refund is to be sent.
Refunds will be issued by cheque only.
No refunds of registration fees will be issued after Oct 31, 2010.
NSF cheques will be subject to a $25.00 fee, and the player will be suspended from play until replacement cash is received.
