Bearcat Logo & Jersey

the proposed Logo update for the Bearcat.

Background-


From the early days of BDGMHA the Bearcat as we now know it has transformed over the years (visit the display case at the D.Ellis rink to get a glimpse of the original Bearcat logo). We are now responding to requests to update our aging Bearcat Logo from the current mascot to something more modern that will represent our entire association (rep and house league) for years to come.

This initiative coincides with the need to replace our rep jerseys due to regular wear and tear from season to season.
BDGMHA will be replacing these jerseys as needed, upgrading to a better quality jersey, needing to be replaced less often (longer life span) therefore saving our association money in the long term. 

We have been researching options to implement this change in a positive manner and have been looking into creative ways to incorporate our existing logo as a comemorative patch on wind-suits and other items.

With feedback provided from our members and visitors at our recent Rep tournament, the executive have worked to narrowed down the possible new logo to one of the three  following submissions.  We have included the current logo as an option for votes as well.
