Tight Game against the Clarington Flames
Patenaude Martial Arts Belleville Bantam AA Bearcats played against the Clarington Flames on the road Sunday, November 3rd dropping a tough 1-0 game in their only match of the weekend.  Flames scored their lone goal in the first period but were shut down by the Bearcats solid defense and stellar play between the pipes by Addison Cochrane. Belleville, despite the loss, played a solid game keeping the Flames on their heels and turning away their offensive zone rushes.

The final two minutes, with the goalie pulled, proved to be a nail biter as the Bearcats fought for the tying goal but came up short on the scoreboard but strong on the physical play. Bantam girls are on the road Friday against Peterborough and back home Sunday, November 10, 4:30pm against Clarington at the Quinte Wellness Centre, Mackay Rink. Come out and cheer them on.
