Amos Earth Products U13 A Belleville Bearcats Split

The Bearcats traveled to Peterborough Friday night to play the Ice Kats, first place was up for grabs between the last two undefeated teams in the division. First shift into the game Naylan Capellan scored her 2nd of the year off a rebound to open the scoring. Brooklyn Musclow would pick up the assist. The play was back and forth with Hope McMaster, making key saves throughout the game until Averie Cole scored unassisted with 4 min left in the 3rd period. The Final, a 2 - 0 win for the Bearcats. Coaching staff were impressed by the strong play from Avery Murry, Audrey Harker and another Shutout performance from Hope McMaster.
Sunday the team would travel to Whitby to play their 4th road game in a row. The Whitby Wolves scored 2 goals in the 1st period and added an empty net to seal the win. Madison Taft made big saves to keep the score close. Taylor Little and Alyvia Thompson were solid on D, but the team couldn't create many scoring chances in this game.
The Bearcats will play the Wolves at home on Saturday November 19th 5:15pm FDC Arena. Come on out and support our U13 Bearcats!
