U11 Tier 1 Coach
The Belleville Bearcats organization is proud to announce Jeff Bateman as coach of the U11 Tier 1 team for the upcoming 2022/23 season.
Jeff, a well known local athlete, is the product of the Quinte Red Devils and Wellington Dukes organizations. Jeff was a third round OHL draft pick to the Brampton Battalion (1998), and a fourth round NHL draft pick to the Dallas Stars (1999); having signed an NHL contractand competing professionally with the Stars organization.
You may recognize Jeff around the rink, as he is entering his third year as a coach with the Bearcats organization, and provides on ice skill development for local players and teams. In addition, Jeff is currently the Director of Player Personnel for the North Bay Battalion; scouting top talent for the OHL draft.
Jeff looks forward to seeing your girls on the ice and forming a hard working and highly competitive team for the2022/23 season.
