VALD Performance assessment, Team Calendar, U15B, Bearcats - Rep (Belleville Bearcats Hockey)

⏳ Duration: 1-hour session per team (teams opt-in based on interest)
📍 Location: World Elite Performance Centre
🛠 Technology: VALD Performance tools (ForceDecks, Speed Gates, ForceFrame, etc.)
🔬 Assessments:

• On-Ice Testing: Speed, agility, power output, and skating efficiency
• Off-Ice Testing: Strength, jump performance and asymmetry detection

We are opening up one-hour slots for each team that would like to participate. I would love to discuss how this event can benefit the organization and individual athletes. Please let me know if the Bearcats Organization would be open to setting up a meeting to discuss. This event is free and all that we ask is that you share with teams. We will provide all organizational support and will have a videographer available on the date.
