PERMISSION TO SKATE FORMS FOR 2025 ARE NOT VALID UNTIL APRIL 21, 2025. ONCE REQUESTED IT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU BETWEEN APRIL 18-19, 2025.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE.
