Canadian Women's Hockey Champions coming to Belleville!
On Sunday, October 8th at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre (MacKay) @ 3:30 pm players and parents will have a chance to meet Hanna Bunton (Former Bearcat) and Melodie Daoust (2 x Olympic Gold Medalist - Not a big deal!).   



Hanna Bunton played for the Bearcats and went onto playing Division 1 hockey for Cornell University.   Hanna won gold with Team Canada at the U18 World Championships.  She was also named Cornell's team MVP and was named the Ivy Leagues Rookie of the Year and Player of the Year.  

Melodie Daoust won 2 x Olympic Gold medals, 1 x Olympic Silver medal and was named MVP of the 2018 Olympics.   Melodie was also named MVP of the World Hockey Championships in 2021.  

The Bearcats are excited to have both athletes in town as Head Coaches of Voltigeurs du College Bourget (Prep School in PQ) who will be playing our U18AA Bearcats @4:30 pm!   

We hope to see everyone out to meet these two amazing players and then stick around to watch some very exciting hockey!
