Coach Bio - U15 (1st team AA) - Clint Cochrane

Clint Cochrane played his hockey career for the Campbellford Colts up to the Junior level. He and his wife Meghan are residents of Stirling where they are raising three hockey loving girls that play or have played in the Bearcats organization for the past six years.

He was head coach of the Novice Bearcat team during the 2014-2015 season then assisted the team in their Atom year where they won gold and silver medals at Lower Lakes and Provincials and International Silver Stick Championship. He took a step back from Head coaching until this previous year where he took on the task of bringing a group of mostly minors from different centres together and navigating them through their Bantam AA season. Having seen the competitiveness and skill at the AA level he knows what will need to be brought each practice and game to be a contender. His coaching did not end at the rink, he committed his extra time in viewing the video of each game to help improve the girl’s systems, roles on the ice and finding each of their individual strengths. His passion for hockey, dedication to the team’s success and desire to see each girl reach their potential going into their commitment years is what he will bring to the team in the 2020-2021 season.
