The Senior Bearcats started their season off with a 3-1 victory over the West Northumberland Wild on Sunday afternoon in Cobourg.
Maddy Rowbotham turned in a stellar performance between the pipes, including an impressive breakaway stop in the third period. Tynika Williams started off the season's scoring with a goal from the point. Halie Bradley and Sydney Ward tallied the two other markers.
The Senior Bearcats are next in Action, Monday October 2nd - when they head to Kingston to face the Ice Wolves at Invista.
