Seniors Split the Weekend
The Build All Bearcats split with a win and a loss last weekend.
Saturday night, the Build All Seniors defeated the Kingston Ice Wolves 4-1, outshooting their opponents 38-20 in a fast-paced, physical game. Sydney Ward lead the attack with a hat trick, while Sam Carey had the other Belleville tally. Sam Ward had two assists and Hannah Wilson with the other. Carina McEwen was strong in net.
Sunday night, the Bearcats faced a very strong Peterborough Ice Katz team in a 4-0 loss. Maddy Rowbotham was strong between the pipes, turning away 24 of 28 Peterborough shots.
